Whenever community members move out of a space, they must complete the move-out requirements below.<\/p>\n

\n <\/span>\n <\/a><\/span>\n\nPrior to your move-out day, log in to the Housing Portal<\/a> in the “Online Checkout” section of Resources and Forms and confirm which day you will be moving out.\n\n<\/div>\n\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/legacy.nau.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/43\/Cleaning-300x300.png\")
\n <\/span>\n <\/a><\/span>\n\nFollow the \u201cHow to move out and avoid charges\u201d lists to thoroughly clean your room and shared living spaces.<\/p>\nSingle Student<\/strong><\/p>\n The license agreement is binding for the entire academic year, both fall and spring semesters. Students are legally responsible for the financial fulfillment of this contractual agreement. Please contact our offices if you have questions about leaving your NAU Campus Living Community before making new arrangements.<\/p>\n Students may submit a request for release from the license agreement in the Housing Portal<\/a> and will accrue a rent proration based on the refund schedule if approved.<\/p>\n Request to be released from the license agreement is considered only for the following five reasons:<\/em><\/p>\n Please note: Non-local programs do not include remote learning for Flagstaff mountain campus students. It is your responsibility to supply all required documentation. Refer to the license agreement for the refund schedule. Requests are processed in the order they are received and may take a few weeks for processing.<\/p>\n Family Housing<\/strong><\/p>\n The contracted resident must give thirty days notice to terminate their contract by submitting an intent to vacate through the Housing Portal<\/a>. Failure to submit thirty days’ notice will result in the resident being charged a full thirty days’ rent.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n Use the Room move-out lists<\/strong> to clean your space thoroughly.
