Let’s Anime Fall 2025

Posted by Katrina Maggiulli on November 6, 2025

Let’s Anime is one of CCS’s most anticipated events and this Fall it was attended in record numbers–some of the crowd were sitting on the floor in order to participate! This Fall the film and topic was Akira (1988) with a guest presentation by Dr. Christopher Douglas: “Won’t Someone Think of the Children? Motorcycle Gangs, the Bubble Economy, and Obligation in Akira (1988).” Make sure to stay tuned for the Spring 2026 installation of this popular event!
