International engineering

NAU global programs

While studying for your BS degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, you have two opportunities for an international experience:

• The Interdisciplinary Global Programs (IGP) provides 2 BS degrees in civil or environmental engineering and a foreign language) and provides an international study abroad/internship experience.
  • The IGP is a 5 year program.
• The International Engineering Certificate (IEC) prepares you to work as an engineer in an international setting. If you qualify, you will receive this certificate when you complete your bachelor’s degree.
  • The IEC is a 4 year program.
