*CSD 405 is prerequisite for CSD 551, CSD 552, CSD 558, CSD 652 and CSD 653.  If the prerequisite was not previously taken, it is taken during Spring of year one.

**Prerequisite for the 1st practicum is completion of all previous CSD academic coursework noted on CS, completion of all Foundational course requirements, and completion of 25 documented clinical observation hours. Prerequisite for each subsequent practicum is successful completion of the preceding practicum.

***Prerequisite for the externship is successful completion of all academic/clinical practicum courses and taking the Praxis exam.
Before EACH clinical experience, the CSD department must approve a submitted “Permission to Enroll” form, which includes supervisor/site information for the rotation and an attestation that compliance requirements have been verified by EXXAT.
