Application for NAU undergraduate music majors and minors
Two letters of recommendation are required
As a student applying for acceptance as a music major or minor, you must request two recommendation forms to complete your application. At least one recommendation must be from a music teacher. The other recommendation should be from someone who is familiar with you as a musician or student. Please give the form to your reference and ask him or her to mail or fax it directly to the School of Music (address is on form).
