NAU Curry Summer Music Camp

Join the NAU Curry Summer Music Camp once again for our 5-day, musical mountain experience for choir, band, and orchestra students from Arizona and all around the Southwestern United States. NAU’s Curry Camp offers the opportunity to receive world-class music instruction from elite musicians, and to rehearse and perform in NAU’s Ardrey Auditorium on our Flagstaff Mountain Campus.

Registration for Curry Camp 2026 opens January 1, 2026

Important dates and deadlines Accordion Closed

Thursday, January 1st:

Registration opens for the 2026 Curry Summer Music Camp. Registration will require a non-refundable $60 deposit to secure a spot in the camp.

Friday, May 8th:

Registration and $60 deposit deadline. Registration is open until either all spots are filled, or the deadline date of May 8th passes.

Any registrations after we fill capacity or after May 8th will automatically be placed on a waiting list. Registrants on the waiting list will be notified no later than Wednesday, May 27th if there is a spot for them in the camp. If no spots are open at this time, waitlist registrations will be cancelled. Please see our waitlist policy.

Monday, May 25th:

Payment-in-Full deadline for all camp fees. Payments must be submitted through the Active Network Portal above by no later than 5pm Arizona Time.

Failure to meet the Payment-in-Full deadline will result in a forfeiture of your spot to a waitlisted student and/or cancellation of your registration. The $60 deposit will not be refunded if your registration is cancelled due to failure to meet this deadline.

Cancellation deadline for full refund of camp fees, excluding the non-refundable $60 registration deposit. Please see our refund policy.

Waitlist policy Accordion Closed

Students who are placed on the waitlist either due to a lack of open spots or due to missing the deadline date of May 8th will not be charged any fees until their registration is transferred from the waitlist onto the active roster.

Students will only be added onto the roster if:

1. A spot has opened up due to cancellation or failure to meet the Payment-in-full deadline of May 25th;

2. The waitlisted student has completed all other aspects of the registration, including the registration forms;

3. Students are able to pay in full for the camp fees by no later than Friday, May 29th.

If on Wednesday, May 27th there are still no open spots for the camp, all students who are on the waitlist will have their registration cancelled.

Refund policy Accordion Closed

Refunds will be processed through Active Network onto the card used during registration. Refunds are available up until Monday, May 25th for all fees excluding the non-refundable $60 registration deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 25th baring exceptional circumstances.

In the event that an attendee is dismissed from the camp, all fees will be forfeited over to the Curry Summer Music Camp.

In the event of the camp’s cancellation on the part of the Curry Summer Music Camp, all expenses will be refunded in full to the card used to register through Active Network.

Enrollment and eligibility Accordion Closed

Enrollment is open for all students who are going into school grades 9, 10, 11 and 12 in the Fall of 2026. Registration will require students to list their anticipated grade level and the school which they will be attending.
