Our trainings are based on your organization’s workforce development goals. With access to over 1,000 NAU faculty and their expertise, Continuing Education will provide training content specific to your organizational needs. Programs can develop technical skills as well as soft skills such as management, leadership, communication, and team work, in fields including business, sciences, engineering, healthcare, education, and many more.
Flexible programs
Our programs are designed around your organization’s unique characteristics. Programs can be offered online or in-person, and are scheduled based on your schedule. Program duration is flexible and can last between a few hours and many months. Synchronous programs allow groups to work through a training together while asynchronous online programs allow individual employees to engage in a program at a time appropriate for them.
