Congratulations to Naomi Lee for being awarded the 2020 Emerging Scholars Award by Diverse: Issues In Higher Education.
An assistant professor of chemistry and biochemistry at Northern Arizona University and a principal investigator for a SHERC Pilot Project, she was one of 15 scholars chosen from around the country and was nominated by Dr. Gabe Montaño, a professor and department chair in the Applied Physics and Materials Science department and Dr. Diane Stearns, Provost.
Dr. Lee was featured in the Jan. 23, 2020 issue of Diverse and also the Jan. 23, 2020, issue of NAU News.
