Investigators selected for PPP funding must agree to fully participate in the Individualized Mentoring Program.<\/p>\n

The IMP provides formalized training and mentoring to transition mentees into strong independent investigators and future mentors.<\/p>\n
Investigators who apply for PPP funding will receive individualized support throughout the proposal process, help selecting mentor teams, and formal mentorship and research support by the SHERC cores. IMP mentorship is provided for SHERC pilot and research project investigators.<\/p>\n
