NAU Social Work Community Partners Council (CPC)

The Social Work CPC is a group of community members from the Southwest region who bring a wealth of experience to provide strategic guidance and vision in the following ways:

• Provide insight about community needs and current trends in the field, as well as feedback about how our programs can best prepare students for effective social work practice.
• Facilitate NAU SW engagement with community organizations
• Ensure that the NAU School of Social Work is demonstrating a commitment to our standards
• Facilitate connection between NAU SW and other educational institutions in our region and state
• Offer support and valuable ideas to increase enrollments to meet the need for social workers in the field
