Process for Course Approval  

This pre-requisite requirement of a 3-credit course in general or applied statistics may have been fulfilled during undergraduate or post graduate studies. This must be completed by the end of the first year in the MSW program.

If you believe that you have fulfilled this requirement:

  • email Natalie.Randolph@nau.edu, MSW Coordinator for a course evaluation
  • include a copy of your transcript along with the course description

If you have not fulfilled this requirement the pre-requisite can be taken at NAU or an institution of your choosing:

  • at NAU, courses that would fulfill this requirement: SOC 365, PSY 230, STA 270, STA 271
  • at another institution
