Clear Bags and Prohibited Items at Select Events

For the safety and security of its guests, Northern Arizona University enforces a clear bag policy at select events. When the clear bag policy is in effect, security screening takes place, the size and type of bags allowed into the venue is limited, and the Prohibited Items listed in this policy are banned. Additionally, the use (but not possession) of any type of tobacco product is always prohibited at all NAU venues in accordance with the University’s tobacco-free campus policy. To determine whether the clear bag policy will apply at a particular event, attendees may check their ticketing information or visit the University’s clear bag web page. When necessary to enhance the safety and security of its guests, NAU reserves the right to implement the clear bag policy with limited public notice.
