Any person who becomes aware of the death of a student on the Flagstaff campus should immediately notify the NAU Police Department. For emergencies, always dial 911. For non-emergency situations, dial 928-523-3611.

Responding to a Student Death

The University will respond with great respect for the deceased in a manner consistent with its legal and administrative obligations and in accordance with the wishes of the family or next of kin and those of the broader University community.
