The goal is to prevent harm, disruption, or ethical challenges that may arise from such relationships due to the inherent power differential between the participants. If a prohibited consensual romantic or sexual relationship is attempted or develops, the Employee must immediately disclose and resolve the situation to the University\u2019s satisfaction.
