If not addressed by the University, sexual harassment and other forms of Sexual Misconduct as defined in this policy constitute a form of discrimination on the basis of sex.<\/p>\n<p><em>Please note<\/em>: the University may from time to time revise this policy; such revisions may apply to grievances ongoing at the time the revisions are made, unless the effect of the revisions is to reduce the rights of Respondents.
