Campus Living Communities

Discover a variety of housing options
NAU has a wide variety of campus living communities (CLCs), including traditional, suite-style, and apartment communities. A safety system is in place to ensure the protection and comfort of its members, exterior doors are locked 24/7 and accessible only by community members presenting their JacksCard at the card reader to unlock the door.
Campus Living Communities are managed by a professional Campus Living Community Coordinator (CLCC) responsible for overall complex administration, maintenance, activities, programming, student assistance, and community standards. Paraprofessional student staff live on community floors and are trained to advise and assist students, plan activities, provide resources facilitators, and maintain community standards.
Traditional and suite-style CLCs primarily house first-year students and sophomores, while apartment communities primarily house juniors, seniors and graduate students. Explore campus living communities, including detailed room features and take a 3D/VR walkthrough to learn more!
